I saw a blues show at the Eagles a couple weeks ago; my first time there. I do like the strange classic dive vibe. In fact, there’s not a bar in Ballard that I’m not excited about revisiting tonight.

I made it to the Ballard Eagles for the first time during last year’s Reverb (Mono in VCF; I think we watched BOAT, too). That place kind of kicks ass.

Yeah, I was surprised they were playing so early too but then I found out the have a CD release party later in the eve at the crocodile.

I was a little surprised that they got one of opening spots of the day, but I’m psyched to begin with such a bang. I also noticed that Fresh Espresso will be opening the day for the NY Fashion Academy Venue at 3:30. I’m gunna need a double shot to catch all the bands I wanna see Saturday.. man.
