Never Underestimate the Power of THAT Guy!

June 2nd, 2009

This is likely the greatest thing that happened at Sasquatch this year. A full-on dance party erupts around one incredibly enthusiastic Canadian. I’m not sure whether to give kudos to Collin Wynter (the dancin’ Canuk – oh yeah, you can find him on facebook!) to Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head for being so awsomely-dance-inspiring, or to the second dude. Without whom, I think we would have just a whirling Canadian in jorts. Regardless.. it’s awesome!

Yeah, this video made my day last week. Goes out to everyone who has been ‘that drunk dancing girl/boy’ at the party.

    That is awesome!

I wish I could start a dance movement. But in the street downtown. Mid-day. Who’s with me?

I’m with you, Tom. As long as I can wear my leotard.

Only if Kevin comes with ribbon wands! Maybe we should save this for the Block Party.

I’m thinking Sonic Youth dance movement. Brought to you by Seattlesubsonic.

Oh great, now the pressure’s on to find my old ribbon wands… will a sparkly hoola-hoop do if I can’t find them?
I DO like where you’re headin with this though. Let me talk with my good friend Jami Son for a bit and I’ll bet he’ll convince me it’s a GREAT idea.

THAT should be the NPSH video! This video either proves the power of the band or the instinctual herding mentality of humans… in both cases, it was awesome!

And Kevin needs to break out with his star spangled sparkler tassles!

That was epic! No one came to my dance party when I tried to start one down town. Well no one except the cops.
