The good man who was John Spalding passed away a few weeks ago after a four year battle with cancer, and now his good friends have put together the first scheduled benefit concert to help his wife out with mounting medical bills. It’s no secret that John had a tremendous gift for making others feel welcome, nor is it secret that he shredded his share of guitars. These two elements of his life will be primarily responsible for the excellent lineup of bands he called friends:
