KEXP Concerts at the Mural - $Free.99
July 17th, 2008
What?!?!
You still have an open weekend this summer?!?!
Well let’s fill it up!
-
The Kehecks-puh and the Seattle Center are hosting a concert series through the thick of August that is already looking pretty tasty. A little warm up for the Big Show happening over Labor Day, so to speak. The full lineup hasn’t been completely worked out yet, but there are already some great bands slated including; Jesse Sykes with her band the Sweet Hereafter, Pela and Ms Led
-
Take advantage of the warm August nights and take in the tunes from some of KEXP’s favorite artists. The four FREE all-ages shows are tailored to the culturally curious who seek to discover the best of the area’s independent music scene. Here’s who they have set up so far.
Friday, August 15

Saturday, August 16
To Be Announced
-
Friday, August 22
Carter Tanton (of Tulsa) & Pela
-
Saturday, August 23

Dear Seattle Subsonic,
Please do not post any additional shows or festivals that I don’t already have marked on my calendar (or excel spreadsheet for -AHEM - some of us out there) until September. I have run out of time.
Regards,
The Lady

Dear The Lady,
I have talked to the Northwest.
Unfortunately, the area itself will explode if the remaining concerts and festivals are not announced and raved about. Do yourself a favor and avert your eyes to anything beginning with KEXP BBQ or PDX POP!
Your calendar may spontaneously combust.
Our deepest apologies,
Seattle Subsonic
